Spring chicken salad



Norwegian crackers Sigdal pumpkin seeds
1 chicken fillet
Feta cheese
Radishes, flat beans, cherry tomatoes, lettuce (or whatever raw vegetables you prefer!)




Wash raw vegetables and cut into small pieces.

In a non-stick frying pan, cook the chicken breast over low heat to retain as much tenderness as possible.

Line a bowl with lettuce leaves, on top of which you'll place your choice of cut raw vegetables. Add the diced Feta cheese. Season to taste: salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, vinaigrette ...;

Cut your chicken fillet into strips and place them on your bed of crudités.

Those who like spicy dishes can add a few pinches of curry powder to the chicken. Those who prefer milder dishes can add a small handful of toasted sesame seeds.

Serve with your Sigdal Norwegian rye and spelt bran crackers.
