Grilled asparagus with lemon and honey


Sigdal rye and spelt bran crackers
bunch asparagus
2tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
juice of half a lemon
Madame Loick fresh cheese
hazelnut powder
salt and pepper



Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Wash and break off the asparagus tips.

In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon, honey and garlic. Pour over the asparagus and toss to coat.

Place the asparagus on a deep-fried baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast for about 10 minutes, depending on the size of your asparagus.

While the asparagus is baking, top your Sigdal rye and spelt bran crackers with a generous layer of fromage frais.

When the asparagus is cooked, arrange two or three per Sigdal cracker. Sprinkle lightly with hazelnut powder for flavour. Enjoy!
