gluten-free quinoa and sunflower

A recognized antioxidant, quinoa is one of the foods favoured by vegetarians and people who suffer from gluten intolerance.

This 5000 year old ancestral plant comes from the high plateaus of South America and grows in extreme conditions ranging from -8 to 38°. Its climatic resistance allows farmers to plant it all year round and to obtain a stable yield, summer and winter.

From a nutritional point of view, quinoa provides as much energy as rice, corn or wheat.
