Trio of savoury spreads



Sigdal rye and spelt bran
Fresh cheese
Smoked salmon
1 slice of bacon
1 slice of raclette cheese
Grated Gruyère cheese
1 small potato
½ red onion
Fresh basil



Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Cook the potato in water and then peel it.

Chop the half onion and sweat it in a pan with a little butter. Set aside.

Cook the bacon slice.

On top of thefirst cracker, place a generous layer of grated cheese and cooked bacon.

On the2nd cracker, place the sliced potato and onion and cover with the slice of raclette cheese.

Place your two crackers on a sheet of baking paper and bake for 8 minutes.

In the meantime, arrange the3rd cracker with a generous layer of fresh cheese and a nice slice of smoked salmon. Season with capers and a dash of lemon juice.

When your crackers are hot and crisp, arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with a few fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
