

Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
Using a skimmer, gently dip your egg into the boiling water and let it simmer for 6 minutes.
Then place the egg in very cold water to stop the cooking.
Top your Sigdal breakfast cracker with a generous layer of Ricotta.
Scoop the egg, cut it in half and place it gently on your Sigdal cracker. Sprinkle a few leaves of chopped basil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
