Sigdal Quinoa and Sunflower gluten free
Fresh cheese with herbs
Smoked trout
Arugula leaves
Lemon juice



Spread a gluten-free Sigdal Quinoa and Sunflower Crisp with fresh cheese and herbs.

Gently place a few extra thin slices of smoked trout on top.

Arrange a few leaves of arugula

Season with a dash of olive oil and a little lemon juice

Serve with an arugula salad
