Smoked salmon, cucumber and onion



For two crackers:

Sigdal Rye and Spelt Bran
Fresh cheese like St Morêt
2 slices of smoked salmon
8 slices of cucumber
1/4 chopped red onion
2 sprigs of chopped chives
Flower of salt
Pepper and ground salt



Spread the Sigdal Seigle and Bran d'Epeautre crackers with fresh cheese.

Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped chives.

Place 4 thin slices of cucumber on each cracker, then a slice of smoked salmon.

Sprinkle with chopped red onion and remaining chopped chives.
