Chicken stew

Ingredients

 

- Sigdal herbs and sea salt
- 800 g chicken fillets
- olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 dl water
- 0.5 dl chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- A large handful of green beans
- A large handful of chickpeas
- salt and pepper

Preparation

 

Cut the chicken into cubes and fry lightly in oil in a frying pan.

In a saucepan, combine the green beans, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, chopped garlic cloves, chicken stock diluted in water and chicken cubes. Add a little oil and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the sweet peas at the end.

Chop the basil and add salt and pepper.

Serve the chicken stew with rice and your Sigdal herb and sea salt crackers😍
