Preparation
Cut the chicken into cubes and fry lightly in oil in a frying pan.
In a saucepan, combine the green beans, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, chopped garlic cloves, chicken stock diluted in water and chicken cubes. Add a little oil and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the sweet peas at the end.
Chop the basil and add salt and pepper.
