

Preparation
Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds
Slightly trim the ends of the two halves so that they lie flat
Add the yoghurt, blackberries and raspberries (or any other fresh fruit in season)
Coarsely crush a Sigdal Gluten Free Oatmeal Crisp and sprinkle it over the melon
Add a drizzle of honey ... enjoy!
