Red fruit ice cream and Sigdal crunch



Sigdal Gluten Free Oats
250g frozen mixed berries
1 banana
Powdered sugar
Chocolate chips



Set aside some of the fruit and let it thaw.

In a blender, pour the rest of the frozen red fruit and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Blend to an ice cream consistency.

Pour the ice cream into the bowls, add the defrosted red fruit and a few slices of fresh banana.

Coarsely crush a Sigdal Gluten Free Oatmeal Crunch and sprinkle it over your preparation.

You can add some chocolate chips for decoration and taste.
