Dissolve the bouillon cube in a pan of boiling water and add the broccoli. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Blend with a little of the cooking water, then add the crème fraîche and a little more cooking juice, depending on the desired consistency. Blend again.
Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp and cook for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with your Sigdal Norwegian rye and spelt bran crackers.
