Orange-fennel salad


For 2 to 4 people:

2 oranges
1 branch of fennel
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt & pepper

Crunch Sigdal:
Sigdal Squash Seeds (4 crunchy)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coconut petals
1 teaspoon of salt


Crush the crispy Sigdal Squash Seeds on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cover with honey.

Add salt and coconut petals.

Cook for 10 minutes at 180 °C until the Sigdal crunch is golden brown.

Peel the oranges. Chop the fennel and finely slice the oranges.

Season this preparation with a mixture of honey and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Cover your oranges with Crunch Sigdal.
