Crush the crispy Sigdal Squash Seeds on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cover with honey.
Add salt and coconut petals.
Cook for 10 minutes at 180 °C until the Sigdal crunch is golden brown.
Peel the oranges. Chop the fennel and finely slice the oranges.
Season this preparation with a mixture of honey and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
