Avocado fried egg

Ingredients

Sigdal gluten-free oats
1 avocado
1 egg
Fresh cheese
A few leaves of green salad
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Peel your avocado and cut it into slices.

Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on your cracker.

Arrange a few leaves of green salad.

Cook your egg on a plate and place it on the salad.

Season your egg with a little balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, then cover it with the avocado slices.
