Preparation
Start by chopping the ginger, carrot and garlic.
Finely chop the chilli pepper.
Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce and lime.
Slice the green onions and coriander.
Cook noodles according to instructions.
Fry the meat until tender, then add the garlic, ginger and chilli.
When the meat is cooked, add the sauce.
Top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy with a Norwegian Sigdal rye and spelt bran crisp for the ultimate crunch!
