Grilled mozzarella tomato

Ingredients

 

Sigdal herbs and sea salt
Tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Basil leaves
Salt and pepper

Preparation

 

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them in an ovenproof dish, as for a tian. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put in the oven and cook for 25 minutes, the tomatoes should be a bit "fried" and brown.

Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the tomatoes. Let cook again for 5 minutes.

Chop a few basil leaves.

Remove the tomatoes from the oven and sprinkle with basil.

Serve with your Sigdal Herbs and Sea Salt Crisps.
