Spring toast

Ingredients

 

Sigdal pumpkin seeds
1 red onion
1 thin slice of Parma ham
baby spinach leaves
mozzarella balls
lemon juice
olive oil

Preparation

 

Cut the onion into thin rings and fry in a pan with butter until soft.

Wash the spinach shoots and dry them with paper towels.

Place them on your Sigdal pumpkin seed cracker.

Add the slice of Parma ham, the slices of onion confit and season with a little lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.

Place a few mozzarella balls on top and enjoy, it's ready!
