Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the Butternut Squash in half and remove the seeds.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil and water.
Brush the squash and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Place the Butternut Squash in the oven at 180°C for about 45-55 minutes.
(Cooking time depends on the size of the squash. To check the cooking time, stick a knife into the flesh of the squash, which should be tender).
Once cooked, decorate the squash with sprigs of parsley or coriander according to taste.
Spread a crunchy Sigdal Grains of Butternut squash and Bleu d'Auvergne.
Enjoy with a green salad.
