Sardine spread with chives

Ingredients

 

Sigdal Pumpkin seeds
1 tin of 125g sardines in olive oil
1 can of fresh cheese with garlic and herbs
juice of 1 lemon, squeezed
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped chives
Parsley
Chervil
Pepper and salt from the mill

Preparation

 

Drain the sardines in oil and remove the backbone.

In a bowl, crush them roughly with a fork

Add the squares of fromage frais, lemon juice and chopped chives.

Mix

Season with parsley, chervil, salt and pepper to taste.

Leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour before serving with your Norwegian pumpkin seed crackers.
