Cabbage, apple, celery and braised ham salad



For 2 crackers

Sigdal pumpkin seeds
2 slices of braised ham
1 stalk of celery
150g white cabbage
1/2 granny Smith apple
parsley, chives
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
A few leaves of arugula



Chop the raw cabbage, celery and apple half into small cubes.

Add the mayonnaise and mix.

Chop the parsley and chives to add to your salad.

Season with salt and pepper and mix again

Arrange on your sigdal pumpkin seed crackers. Add a few arugula leaves and place the slices of braised ham on top.
