Cherry tomato and Jarlsberg quiche

Ingredients

 

Sigdal Pumpkin seeds
200 g yellow and red cherry tomatoes
3 eggs
20 cl fresh cream
Jarlsberg cheese (or Emmental)
Herbs of Provence
Thyme
salt and pepper

Preparation

 

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Crumble the Sigdal Norwegian pumpkin seed crackers and arrange them in a suitable dish on the bottom of the pie.

Sprinkle with Provence herbs

Mix the 3 eggs with the crème fraiche and a few sprigs of thyme.

Add salt and pepper.

Spread the preparation on the bottom of the pie.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Arrange them on the bottom of the pie.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

To be enjoyed hot or warm
