Forest berry porridge

Ingredients

 

50 ml oat bran
50 ml oat flakes
50 ml almond or soya milk
200 ml water
2 tablespoons frozen wild berries
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Sigdal breakfast cracker
1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt
A few dark chocolate shavings
Some fresh fruit of your choice

Preparation

 

Put all the ingredients except the almond/soy milk in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring regularly.

Turn off the heat and stir in the almond/soy milk so that the porridge has a creamy consistency.

Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with crumbled crispbread, half the yoghurt, a few dark chocolate shavings and your choice of fresh fruit.
