The pie crust
Grind the packet of Sigdal Gluten Free Oatmeal Norwegian Crackers into a powder with a rolling pin.
Pour the powder obtained into a bowl, then add the sugar and melted butter.
Mix to obtain a pie crust.
Pour the result into a mould with removable edges and press down with a wooden spoon to obtain a flat surface.
The cheesecake
In a bowl, whip the whole liquid cream into a whipped cream.
Add the fresh cream and fromage frais.
Grate the zest of one lemon and one lime.
Add the lemon jelly.
Pour the cream over the tart base and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Grate some lime zest over the cheesecake before serving.
Enjoy it chilled.
