Hot fig with goat cheese

Ingredients

 

4 Sigdal Herbs and Sea Salt crackers
4 figs
75 g creamy goat cheese
1 tsp. rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp. honey

Preparation

 

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Wash the figs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Arrange the figs on a baking tray covered with baking paper and place a little honey and a few sprigs of chopped rosemary on each. Place in the oven for about ten minutes.

Cut the goat cheese into thick slices.

Garnish each Sigdal Herbs and Sea Salt cracker with two halves of figs, a nice slice of goat's cheese and then pour a little honey over the whole.

Serve hot with a salad of mesclun or rocket.
