Mango and shrimp crisp

Ingredients

 

Sigdal Oatmeal Crunchies gluten free
1 ripe mango
Pink shrimp
A few coriander leaves
Fresh cheese
Flax seeds

Preparation

 

Bring salted water to a boil, throw in shrimp and stop cooking as soon as boiling resumes (add two minutes of cooking time if your shrimp are frozen). Drain immediately.

Peel and dice the mango.

Top your gluten-free Sigdal Oatmeal Crisps with cream cheese. Top with diced mango, shrimp and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

For decoration, add a few flax seeds and serve immediately.
