Avocado, apple and shrimp crisp

Ingredients

For two crackers:

Sigdal herbs and sea salt
fresh cream
1 apple
1 avocado
shrimp
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
salt and freshly ground pepper
Espelette pepper

Preparation

In a pan of boiling water, scald the shrimp and set aside.

Peel the apple and avocado and slice them.

Mix the fresh cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Spread this preparation in a thick layer over the crunchy herbs and sea salt.

Arrange a few slices of apple, a few slices of avocado and the shrimp.

Season with chopped coriander and a dash of Espelette pepper.
