Banoffee pie

Ingredients

 

Sigdal Gluten-free Oats
Pitted dates
Coconut milk
Vanilla extract
Bananas
Whipped cream
Dark chocolate chips
Pecans

Preparation

 

In a food processor, mix the pitted dates.

Add a little coconut milk to obtain a softer paste.

Add a pinch of salt and a little vanilla extract and mix one last time.

Smooth some of the date caramel over the crispy Sigdal Gluten Free Oats, then top with chopped banana, whipped cream, a pinch of chopped pecans and dark chocolate shavings.
